Bulgaria is located in Southeast Europe, in the northeast part of the Balkan Peninsula. It is a European, Balkan, Black Sea and Danube country. Bulgaria is situated closer to the Equator than the pole. Its total area is 110,994 square kilometers. Its population - 7,364,570 people
