Proposedinitiative 2011-2012 #45 thus complies with the Colorado Constitution and with section1-40-106.5, C.R.S. (2011). In addition, the title, ballot title, and submission clause forproposed initiative 2011-2012 #45 clearly and fairly express the same single subject asthe proposed initiative, and therefore comply with the Colorado Constitution and withsection 1-40-106, C.R.S.
