VISITINGHOURS,PUBLICUSELIMITS.CLOSURES,ANDAREADESIGNATIONSFORSPECIFICUSEORACTIVITIES
(a)(1)Thefollowingvisitinghoursandpublicuselimitsareestablishedforallorforthelistedportionsofthepark,andthefollowingclosuresareestablishedforalloraportionoftheparktoallpublicuseortoacertainuseoractivity:
VisitingHours:TheNMisopenasscheduledandpostedatthebuildingand/orthroughpressreleasesandtheparkpublicwebsite(www.rtps.qov/teha).Thebuildingandinteriorgroundsareopentothepublicbetweenthehoursof9:00a.rn.to5:00p.mMondaythroughFriday.Duringthepeaksummerseasonthebuildingmayopensevendaysaweek.Theparksuperintendentmaycloseparkfacilitiesduetosevereweatheroremergenciesonanasneededbasis.Theparkisclosedonthefollowingdesignatedfederalholidays:ThanksgivingDayandChristmasDay,unlessspecialprogramsareplannedforthepublic.PublicUseLimits:Nosignsorplacardsshallbepermittedintheparkareaexcepthandheldmadeofcardboard,posterboard,plasticorclothhavingdimensionsnogreaterthanthreefeetinwidth,fourfeetinlength,andone-quarterinchinthickness.Nosupportsshallbepermittedforsignsorplacards.Nosignsorplacardsshallbeattached,placedupon,orleanedagainstthebuilding,steps,fencesoranyhandrailings.Noparcel,container,package,bundleorotherpropertyshallbeplacedorstoredonoralonganyparkfence.handrailing,temporarystructureorbarrier.Personalpropertylargerthan22"by14"by9"isprohibitedintheparkarea.Thisrestrictionisbasedonthegenerallyacceptedairlinecarry-onstandards.
Duetothesteepness,width

inches)andhard,solidsurfaceoftheWallStreetsteps,theseconditionsareinplacetoensurethestairsmaybesafelytravelledwithoutobstructionsthatmaycausetriphazardsandmayresultinpersonalinjury.

II.36CFR§1.6-ACTIVITIESTHATREQUIREAPERMIT(b)Permitapplication
TheSuperintendentwillactuponapermitrequestwithin

daysofreceivingacompleteandfullyexecutedapplication.Accordingly,permitapplicationsmustbereceivedatleast

daysbeforetheanticipatedactivity.Permitapplicationsmustbeaccompaniedbyanon-refundableapplicationfee,exceptforFirstAmendmentrequests.(e)

Additionaluseandmonitoringfeesmaybechargedinaccordancewithestablishedpolicyandprocedures.
