EXT. WOODS AT NIGHT ADJACENT TO THE PALATIAL SUBURBAN MC-MANSION-NIGHTJulie and Mal search for Nancy. They find her crying andtrying to text on her phone, which appears broken from the fall out of the window.MALLet’s get you home. You’ll feel betterabout this in the morning.JULIEWe will make this right.Mal and Julie help Nancy up and start walking her out ofthe woods.NANCY(Sobbing)I wasn’t even supposed to go out tonight.I’m still grounded!A POLICE OFFICER literally jumps in front of the girls,holding a badge in one hand and a flashlight in theother. Nancy screams and faints.POLICE OFFICER(Shining a flashlight)Halt in the name of the law!MALWe were just walking our friend home,Officer. We live right down the street.POLICE OFFICERSave it for the judge and jury. I cansmell alcohol on you from here. I am going to need some identification.(To someone off camera)Ron, I’ve got three.POLICE OFFICER RON(O.C.)Three going downtown.POLICE OFFICERLadies, your identification.POLICE OFFICER RON makes his way over to the group. Julieand Mal hesitantly hand over their ID cards to the firstpolice officer. Mal also provides one of her businesscards. Nancy remains motionless on the ground.JULIEWe’re not drunk.
 
POLICE OFFICER RONSo your friend normally passes out then?JULIEYes. Quite frequently actually.Julie and Mal hear commotion coming from the directionthe house party.EXT. PALATIAL SUBURBAN MC-MANSION- CONTINUOUSThe town’s entire police force arrives on the scene inorder to bust the house party - inside and out. Chaosensues as the party spills out onto the front lawn.Teenagers are running in every direction with police inpursuit. A group of police officers can be seen talkingto Juggalo John at the threshold of the front door. It’sevident they don’t know what to make of his juggalo makeup. One officer touches Juggalo John’s makeup withhis finger and tastes it in an attempt to see what it is.CUT BACK TO:EXT. WOODS AT NIGHT ADJACENT TO THE PALATIAL SUBURBAN MC-MANSION- CONTINUOUSPOLICE OFFICER RON(Looking at Mal’s license)Mal Sanchez, you are eighteen and not oldenough to drink. You do not pass go.Instead you are going to the thirdprecinct until we can call your parents.POLICE OFFICER(Looking at Julie’s license)Julie Simpkins, you are seventeen yearsof age and not old enough...The officer trails off. He looks at Julie’s licensecloser.POLICE OFFICER (CONT’D)(In utter disbelief)Julie Simpkins, you are topless in thisdriver’s license picture!POLICE OFFICER RONWhat!!?? Let me see that.The first officer passes Julie’s driver’s license toPolice Officer Ron, who looks at it and then at Julie.2.
 
CLOSE UP OF JULIE’S LICENSEIt is a normal state issued license with a driver’slicense number, issue date, expiration date, date ofbirth, residence address, and identification photo. Julieis grinning like an idiot in her photo. She is alsocompletely topless.CUT BACK TO:EXT. WOODS AT NIGHT ADJACENT TO THE PALATIAL SUBURBAN MC-MANSION-CONTINUOUSPOLICE OFFICER RONWhere’s your shirt? How did you get away with this?(Matter of factly)Does the DMV know about this?POLICE OFFICERThat’s kind of awesome.JULIEA topless chick gets to make her ownrules.Officer Ron won’t stop looking at the license.JULIE (CONT’D)For instance, how about you let the threeof us go right now and you can keep mydriver’s license as a trophy?Officer Ron looks at the other officer who shrugs.POLICE OFFICER RON(Pointing to Nancy)Is she going to be okay to make it home?MALShe’s fine. She was just playing dead.It’s a survival strategy.Julie helps Nancy to her feet.JULIE(As an aside to Nancy)You really would be great at “StraightMish/Dead Fish”.POLICE OFFICERJust like your wife, Ron!3.
