Ten Top Reasons To Go For A Walk...

From Garey Simmons,Integrative Nutrition Coach,Omega-3 Proponent:  One of the best compliments you can get is, "Wow you don't look 58, I thought you were in your forties." Now it's great for abald man to get this kind of notice, but it's only because I own dogs and they have to walk everyday. So that means I dotoo. I also lived in 3rd world, poor countries for decades which means I ate natural foods. Processed foods were luxurieswe usually couldn't afford or even find. Before I share the ten most recognized benefits of exercise, some common sense prelude:1. Do what you love. In the realm of exercise this is most important. Programs of exercise come and go, but the ones youwill stick to are the ones you really enjoy. You can leave the super hero stuff for super heroes. Now, if you have a calling to be a top athlete, excellent. More power to you. For the 99%, staysafe.3. Lastly, be an accountability partner for someone else and let someone else be an accountability partner for you. Youwon't know how powerful it is, how beneficial it is until you try it. It's exponential in effect.4. The most often heard excuse is "I don't have time." If you work in an office, may I show you how to get a workout inbefore lunch, without leaving your office chair? Abe Exercise Be well,Garey

Not only does regular activity strengthen your muscles andimprove heart and lung function, but it can also reduce your risk of major diseases, stimulate the growth of new brain cells, and even add years to your life. Studies show just 30 minutes of physical activity on most days is all that's required to reap
