There are two dinner guest and they like Italian food and likes big portions of food.
He doesn’t have
any allergy to a food.
Brief:
My group chose to do Italian Cuisine in the international food challenge unit. We had starter, mainand desert we plan to make our dish. Our starter was tomato soup, my main is spaghetti Bologneseand the desert cheese soft biscuit. We made sure this meal can be made in less than 1 hour and costso that we can be able to make up the prize for it.1.
 
I made sure that the visitor will be able to have our meal, so
no allergy and disease

The ingredient for the tomato soup was (tomato, onion and a lot of vegetable, water)(Spaghetti Bolognese: 200 gram Spaghetti, Tomato Concentrate, Onion, Garlic, butter, Salt,pepper, oregano) (Biscuit: 250 gram Cheese,1/2 pound Butter, 4 cups of flour, Sugar, 3 eggs,Baking Soda).4.
