Labs:
 Walk-in services for Lab and Diagnostic Imaging are fully operational.Yesterday: Private Phlebotomy down approximately 10% (approximately 50 patients).
 
Yesterday: Walk in blood collection was down approximately 40%.Blood collections

on average we see about 2,000

2,200 patients per day across all of our sites.
Diagnostic Imaging:
Walk-in services for Lab and Diagnostic Imaging are fully operational.W

morning and are still callingpatients. The exception will be those who require any special preparation for theirappointment.
 
We were able to do about 50% of

530 appointments were postponed in preparation for the strike.
Surgeries:
We continue to do emergency surgeries and in-patient surgeries.We will begin rebooking surgeries, pending ratification of the agreement.30 surgeries completed yesterday.As of today, we have postponed approximately 560 surgeries.On average, we do 24 emergency cases a day
 – 
though this can vary greatly.
Outpatient clinics:
Clinic volumes were down approximately 30%
 – 
60% across the organization yesterday.We are working to contact as many patients as possible to see if they could make theirpreviously scheduled appointments.We expect to return to normal service levels by tomorrow.Number of outpatient appointments scheduled each day is 2,240.
