Assets Cash: The sold quantity was actually 2,292 kg. The diminution was maybe due to more dryness and some flying flour during the grinding process. We sold 1kg for 570 BIF So we got 570 BIF x 2,292 = 1,306,440 BIF Liabilities: 0 Balance or profit: 1,306,440 BIF 1,251,500 BIF = 54,940 BIF The half of it is 27,470 BIF The Total Capital (1,306,440- 54,940BIF) + 15, 220 BIF that was not used = 1,266,720 + 27,470 = 1,294, 190 BIF Note: We met some problems due to the following facts: - The season was not good for Cassava. There was shortage of it everywhere because the cassava is abundant in the producing region from June to October, and sellers buy much during that period and

make big stores to be sold during the shortage period. So the cassava was expensive and we decided to stop it now and wait for the time when it is abundant in the producing region The prices of everything was raised at a very high extend people become less able to buy. There is a general strike planed against expensive life. Workers trade unions and civil societies called everyone not to go out to work whether public or private enterprises and civil servants.
