After some research the clubstarted with “Children of the DUMP” 4,000 villagers in Nicaragua near a Volcano thatcollapsed left 2,000 people mixed up in the disaster. Lou and Rod discussed howTexas A&M created a soup to feed the many survivors of land that was cancerous withconstant malnutrition from living on Dump as only food source. Local ministerFather

Lou and Rod were affectedby the experience and rst hand observations of the good Rotary provided are memories that will last both the rest of their lives. Thanks toRod and Lou for sharing how Rotary has made a difference not just here but to so many needy children. The program still continues throughthe University to a lessor degree than past, but is still productive.
