Introduce a new series of images of structures integrated circuits. In this category there are systems veryold, dating from 1970 to 1980. Because they are in CERDIP type enclosures, two ceramic platesconnected by an adhesive, very easy to open them - just split them skillfully. Despite the opening, thesesystems still work! Old systems have transistors so great that some even to the naked eye can see. In thisway, all photos are very clear and with a little insight into the topic, can discern the elements such asgates and flip-flops.
Motorola MC145402
