SENECA MALL MADNESS 2012 RULES

1. Safety-Wise girl-adult ratios must be followed at all times. 2. The ONLY entrance and exit during the event of mall madness is the doors located at the Upper Level near Piccadilly Restaurant. 3. Your pre-ordered mall madness t-shirt is your admission ticket and MUST be worn to enter the mall. 4. All participants are encouraged to dress 80s theme but everyone MUST wear close toed shoes. NO CROCS, BEDROOM SLIPPERS, NO SHOES WITH WHEELS/ROLLING, FLIP FLOPS, OR SANDALS. 5. Neither Seneca Service Unit nor Hamilton Place Mall is responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Lost and found will be located at a table in front of Piccadilly Restaurant on the Upper Level at the event entrance and exit. 6. Upon arrival, your troop may place sleeping bags or other personal items in the designated quiet area in front of Dillards Womens Store or Dillards Men, Kids & Home located on the Upper Level. Label each sleeping bag with the girls troop number. 7. DO NOT BRING rolling suitcases, coolers, chewing gum, air mattresses, cots, electronic games, radios, boom boxes, portable TVs, laptops, portable DVD players, pop-up canopies. These items will not be allowed into the mall. 8. BRING: as little as possible.only what each girl and each adult can carry. 9. Do not expect to sleep! One adult per troop must be awake at all times in case of emergency. 10. Respect other peoples property. 11. Smoking for adults will ONLY be located at the outside entrance to Piccadillys Restaurant on the Upper Level. NO smoking in front of girls; make sure your troop is still attended by the correct SafetyWise ratio of adults if an adult wishes to step outside to smoke. 12. WALK do not RUN. No horseplay. 13. Food must remain in the food court area or the area near the food vendor where purchased. 14. Dispose of all trash in proper receptacles. If a trash bin is overflowing, tell an adult volunteer nearbyDO NOT continue to force trash into the receptacle. 15. DOOR PRIZES: You MUST be present at the event to win the door prize. Door prizes will be announced at midnight and will not be held. All door prizes must be claimed within five (5) minutes or another winner will be drawn.

ARRIVAL
Arrival is between 10pm and 11pm on Friday night May 4 at the doors nearest Piccadillys Restaurant on the Upper Level. DO NOT attempt to enter the mall for the event prior to 10pm. The entire mall will be emptied and checked by security prior to the girls enteringif you are in the mall prior to closing at 9pm you will have to leave the mall and stand outside the entrance until the event begins at 10pm. Troops need to enter together. No girl late arrivals can enter the mall without the leader present. Everyone MUST exit the mall by 5am Saturday May 5th. One adult must be with the troop at all times and stay with each girl until she is picked up. If your troop plans to leave before 5am, you must sign out at the Piccadillys Restaurant exit. Evaluations MUST be completed by each girl/adult upon departure in order for scouts to receive their patch. Extra patches can be purchased at the evaluation table for $2.00 each. Evaluations must be completed between 2am and 4am. Mens Upper Level in the quiet area near Dillards Womens Store Women Lower Level in the Food Court restrooms.
