For some reason SCRIBD is not showing my featured novel. The novel can still be accessed, but I want it featured. I want to launch all programmers to the moon... always fixing things that work just fine in the first place.
I have created a a new collection -- "Caught by the Spam Filter" -- which contains documents that I believe have been wrongly tagged by the automated spam filter. This fixable if thew owner will follow the directions on this document!
For over a month I have been trying to deal with the support desk about the broken notification system (ticket #190851) Once again it has been closed. While the users have known that there was a problem with notifications, the support person can't replicate it. The closed it once before, until I provided example. Now they want more proof. (cont.)
SIGH ... another one of my new uploads captrued by the seemingly hair trigger Automated Spam Filter! Well, I've sent in the request, as explained in this document, and hopefully it will soon be considered fit for public viewing.
I have written another SCRIBD Tip, what to do if conversion to HTML5 has detroyrd you formatting, but unfortunately it has been caught by the dreaded "Automated Spam Filter" and so I will be following these instructions. If you are interested you will find it in my Tips Collection.
Thank you so much for providing these helpful tactics. Our support team can also be reached directly via email at: email@example.com. We get thousands and thousands of documents uploaded, and our new adult content filter sometimes identifies documents incorrectly. We are working to adjust this algorithm, and to better improve the filter process.
