Vetting a presidential candidate first requires finding

s/he is a native born citizen of the United States (US Citizen); and that s/he is born of two US Citizens (natural born citizen); and that s/he will be 35 years old on taking the Presidential oath; and that s/he has been 14 continuous years a resident of the USA prior to taking the oath of the President. 1. To vet a presidential candidate requires examination of the Long Form Birth Certificate or other records to confirm native birth in a State of the Union adopted under Article IV Section 3 of the US Constitution.
2. Next we examine the mother's documents to establish

maternity. Adopted children are not natural born. Children of surrogate mothers or artificial methods are not legitimate births.
3. Next we need to look at the father's documents to

establish paternity and preferably a legitimated birth. Children of surrogate mothers or artificial methods are not legitimate births.
4. Next we need to look at immigration and naturalization of

the mother to establish if prior to the birth of the child, the mother, was born or naturalized a US Citizen before the child was born. This point establishes the child is a US Citizen.
5. Next we need to look at immigration and naturalization of

the father to establish if prior to the birth of the child, the father, was born or naturalized a US Citizen before the

child was born. This point establishes the child is a US Citizen. 6. The child can only be considered a natural born citizen, if it can be proven both parents were born or naturalized US Citizens before the child was born. This may require looking at the grandparents birth and naturalization dates.
7. Failing the two- parents being US Citizens before the birth

of the child, then the child is only born or naturalized a US Citizen, and not constitutionally eligible to serve as a US President.
Barack H. Obama II, was not properly vetted as a presidential candidate in 2008. Look back at all presidents after #13 and see they were native born of two US Citizen parents. Herbert Hoovers mother was derivative naturalized under Act XXII of Congress of February 10, 1855. Chester A. Arthur was a Vice President who assumed the presidency on assassination. Arthur hid his records, until 2008. With few exceptions, all US Presidents were natural born citizens. Barack Obama II breaks the trend, as he was born a direct blood relive of a British citizen. He violates the last two clauses of the Declaration of Independence, and should not be in the election. Barack H. Obama II is not constitutionally eligible to be a US President and everyone supporting him is guilty of enabling, accommodating, aiding, abetting and furthering his high crimes, misdemeanors and deceptions on the people of the USA. Every moment Obama is allowed to be a US president he is redefining the term "natural born citizen", and he is doing it without a constitutional amendment. He has got all of the media, congress and judges fooled into believing Barack Hussein Obama II is synonymous with the term "natural born citizen." Nowhere in American History has such a feat of propaganda fooled so many of the US population. Barack Obama and his 2008 campaign team have perpetrated the most dangerous disaster in USA History, that will be duplicated on his reelection. Barack Hussein Obama II may be native born, but he is not a natural born citizen. There are two pathways to become a US Citizen naturalization or birth, and there are two sub-pathways of becoming a US Citizen by native birth you are either a dual-citizen born to one US Citizen or a natural born citizen, born of two US Citizens. Barack Hussein Obama II is not constitutionally eligible to be a US President, but he got into and through the 2008 election by mistake and gross negligence.
