END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT By using this version of CafeSuite you are consenting to be bound by agreement to the following:

DEFINITIONS FREE VERSION includes all the free and expiring versions of CafeSuite currently available for public use and evaluation through the CafeSuit e web site. COMMERCIAL VERSION includes all the commercially licensed copies and user licenses obtained from Przemek Miszczuk (the "Author") or one of his ve ndors. COPYRIGHT CafeSuite Professional is copyrighted software; Copyright (c) Przemek Miszczuk. You may use, copy and distribute the FREE VERSION of this program solely for dem onstration purposes, only in unmodified form and without charging money for it. You may use the COMMERCIAL VERSION on one compute r only. You may not copy and distribute the COMMERCIAL VERSION. You are allowed to make one (1) copy for archive reasons. Should you transfer the COMMERCIAL VER SION to another party, you must remove all copies of the COMMERCIAL VERSION from your equipment. DISTRIBUTION You MUST contact Przemek Miszczuk (the "Author") regarding commercial distributi on of the FREE VERSION. Any such distribution without prior written consent from Przemek Miszczuk is str ictly prohibited. Any distribution of the COMMERCIAL VERSION is strictly prohibited. GRANT OF LICENSE Przemek Miszczuk (the "Author") has granted you, the user, a limited license to use CafeSuite (the "Software") This does NOT give you the license to modify, tra nslate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicabl e laws specifically prohibit such restriction), or create derivative works based on the Software. DISCLAIMER Przemek Miszczuk (the "Author") shall not be held responsible for any damages ar ising from the use of the Software. The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of mer chantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not the Author, assume the entire cost of any service and repair. Security mechanisms implemented in the Software have its limitations and you, the user, must decide whether the Software sufficiently meets your requirements.
