Tools Needed:
 
Flat head screw driver 
 
 Adjustable AN wrench (18mm wrench will work)

Before installing your standard fuel line kit, you will need to set up your fuel rail for thestandard fuel line kit and then install fuel rail onto your vehicle. The installation for thefuel rail is outlined in the Fuel Rail Install Guide which can be found in the tech articlessection at Hybrid
-
Racing.com. This install guide outlines where each line should be in-stalled, when installing them just hand tighten everything and wait to tighten with awrench until the end.
 
Introduction & Installation Notes
A little bit of information to make sure you have the right parts before you get started!
 
Port A:
Optional to run a fuel pressure gauge here,. If you are not installing a gauge , in-stall the stainless steel NPT plug here. Be sure to place fuel
-
safe sealant on the threadswhether you are running a gauge or the plug.
 
Port B:
-
8 to –6 AN union
 
Port C:
-
8 AN plug.
 
Port D:
-
8 to –6 AN union
 
When set up with the correct fittings your fuel rail should appear as the one below.

Install Guide
 
STEP 1:
First we need to identify whichhoses go where.
 
A
-
Line that goes from hard fuelline to fuel pressure regulator 
 
B
-
Line that goes from the fuelpressure regulator to the fuel rail
 
C
-
Line that goes from the fuel railto the OEM fuel filter.
 
STEP 2:
We will start by sliding line
A
over fuel line pictured in
FIG 2
andtightening the hose clamp.
Note:be careful not to over tighten thisclamp or it will cause it to leak.
 
STEP 3:
Connect the other end of line
A
 to the fuel pressure regulator asillustrated in
FIG 3
.
Note: the fit-ting setup of the fuel pressureregulator is outlined in the Fuel Pressure Regulator install guidewhich can be found in the techarticles section of Hybrid
