Fuel Line Kit installation manual Version 2.0:

Parts Needed: Aftermarket fuel rail, Fuel pressure regulator, New replacement fuel filterTools Needed: Wrenches, flat tipped screw driver, socket set and ratchetRecommended: AN wrenches, Fuel pressure Gauge, New OE fuel filter (what other?)
Notes before installation:
o
Make sure to relieve some of the fuel pressure by removing the gas fill cap.
o
Work in a well ventilated area.
o
Make sure to have proper fire extinguishing equipment in case of emergency.
o
Make sure that all O-rings are in place and check for leaks BEFORE starting the engine.
o
DO NOT use Teflon tape on fuel fittings.
 
1. Remove the OEM fuel lines, with the exception of the hard lines and fuel filter.2. If you are using a new OEM fuel filter, replace now.3. Slide the hose clamp end of line C down the fuel return line. Tighten the clamp to ensure it will not leak.
 
4. Now that fuel line C has been installed on the lower fuel return hard line, you can determine the placement of the FuelPressure regulator. Install the mounting bracket on the FPR and mark where you are going to mount it. Make sure that theFPR you are using will accept --6/-6 unions. (Recommended FPR’s are AEM and Aeromotive)5. Connect fuel line C with the supplied -6/-6 union.6. Install the FPR gauge now.
