Description

This is a governing document of the Mormon Transhumanist Association. It consists of eleven articles that establish the identity, purpose and conflict of interest policy of the organization; set the qualifications and duties of members, directors and officers; stipulate rules for mangement of meetings, assets and records; and state the severability and amending requirements of the articles. The founding members of the Mormon Transhumanist Association began organizing on 3 March 2006 and adopted this constitution on 13 May 2006. The founding members were Andrew West, Brent Allsop, Cameron Dayton, Carl Youngblood, Cherie West, Chris Bradford, Cory Funk, Gary Parker, Joseph West, Karl Hale, Leonard Reil, Lincoln Cannon, Marcus Flinders and Martin Wood.
