Submit the Individual Data Form
Submit a signed, dated parental permission toaudition form
Come prepared with proper attire, shoes, hairback off face and neck, no jewelry, and a GREATATTITUDE.After the audition
Submit a copy of your most recent grade report
Submit the signed, dated signature page from theDance Company Contract that contains the rulesand regulations by which the program isgoverned.
Agree to schedule the dance class in which youare placed. Students not enrolled in theappropriate class level will not be allowed toparticipate in the program.
Maintain a 2.5 GPA.Best of Luck and Have a Great Time
