LIVE – Amgodiments & DimensionsSelf-Observation at Work
What is your greatest desire in life? What means the most to you?If you were standing for your life review, just having crossed over –looking back at this life – what was most important to you – and isit still important from this perspective?I like to play with perspective – a lot – and values or beliefs. There's an endless abundance of fun to be had with this. As I lookat my life, now, what's most important is integration – with HigherSelf. I want to own and be all that I am – and I don't want to limitthat in any way.So of course the first question must be, “What am I?I've left the“who” aside, finding self as more of a what than an individual who. We're in process of taking our power back – of waking up. Rightnow that means different things to different people, and that'sokay. To each his or her own. One defining characteristic I'vefound in the higher planes is respect – very solid respect for eachand every being – and I like that. It feels really good. So, it being best to start where you are, I start with this lifetime –

what am I, here? Let's take ownership of that first, before movingon. Silly, to own the whole Cosmos, and not the fullness of yourcurrent life, first. This is where that thing about using 10% of the brain comes in only I think they must have said or meant 10% of the mind, sinceit's the mind that contains the subconscious and unconscious aswell as the conscious self. We know we don't take full ownershipof all of that. How can we, when we can't seem to even access it,right?Well, I don't accept that as a limit. So far I've found limits to bemind-based, so I reject them. From Heart I take my stance to fullyintegrate the full mind – all of that. We've accepted falselimitations for too long. We have a richness of being just waitingto be uncovered. I'm game – how about you?Having set that as an intent, I move on. What is this self we call I?Well, we know we have other lifetimes. Most of us have caught afew glimpses, at least, of other times, other places, otherconsciousness – yet still somehow our own. In the video I share acouple of snippets of two others I've found – other selfs, seemingly– yet still the same “I.” Interesting – how that can be.So, once fully owning this lifetime – all of its components – at leastby intent if not in their fullness – I take in all the otheramgodiments included in “I.” Integrating those, too, is a matter of intent – and of owning the fullness of self. We've given our poweraway endlessly, so we've got a lot of taking it back before us. Forme, this is a part of that. The Great Shift, as some call what we're going through, now, ishelping to nudge us along in this integration. As we rise up infrequency it becomes easier to be who we really are in a muchfuller way. We're at the limits of density here – what I'd set aslimit, anyway, not desiring to go deeper into separation – andwe're making the return trip to higher vibrations. Thank God! It'sbeen great, but like so many, I'm ready to leave it behind. We won't really leave it behind so much as take it with us, though– via our experience gained along the way. As usual, the way outis to go in. Seeking to get rid of or run away from anything is justanother way to keep yourself bound to it. What we fear, we createor magnetize, without fail. So let's be willing to own and

internalize our experience, here. It's highly valuable, even thoughit may not feel like that, now.As we shift up and ever up, I look within and above, seeking to findthe common denominator of all of these lifetimes. What is it? It'snot the body, of course, nor the mind. Nor is it the emotions noreven the etheric body, so far as I know. I don't even know if it'swhat some call the soul – for it seems to me that in such wildlydivergent lifetimes as I've lived one soul – well, it may not beenough. It gets down to definitions, in the end – and that's a pain, for we alluse our words differently. Even those all in mind together stillhave different turns of phrase for the same meaning – nor dothose in Heart have a perfect lexicon and grammar for it. As werise in consciousness we begin to transcend linear language, anyway. It becomes less and less useful – less able to contain orconvey our experience. That's what I've found, anyway – maybeyou, too. The soul goes down into the lifetime with the body, theamgodiment, the way I see it – it doesn't stay up above. Yet Ibegin to intuit that the real me, the real “I” doesn't do that.Instead, I begin to see these lifetimes like rays sent from thatHigher One – that Common Denominator I – while That Oneremains somehow above the whole 3D display.Hmm. That, about the rays, just came to/through me. I find itvery interesting. We're divine beings that much I know. So thisfits in with that – the divine I, and the ones here, “below.” Hmm.Still too new. Needs some pondering.Anyway, this is the beginning of the full integration – the one thatwill take us into ownership of the Whole, of the Oneness of That.So while on the one hand it's great to go out into Cosmos with ourgrand meditations, exploring the Greater Self, yet our inward focuswill also have us exploring the Inner Self – the one spread allacross 3D time and space. Both at the same time, too – as onlyHeart can do.So, integration is my main focus. What is yours? Do you have onesufficiently all-encompassing that it will stand up with you comethe Life Review upon crossing over? While it may be that we willtake these forms with us into the Light, rather than the old way of
