1.INTRODUCTION

for the development of general low poverty line people.The policies are prepared and presented to the Madhya pradesh government. Survey query page
– This page consist of optional questionsThere will be 12 questions and a suggestion box .Questions will not be compulsoryData Retrieval (search page)- This module consist of a search page with different criteriafor searching.
Total no of persons responded to a particular question with a particular option in percent.
Total no of people of age below 40 and 40 and above.
Search according to gender.
Search according to district.
Urban and rural

The existing system is almost manual. Data is entered by hands on the paper. The mainobjective of the Web Based System is to computerized the functionalities of DataInsertions & provide basic functionalities to interpret data for various factors mentionedabove. The functionality can be extended to generate Interactive graphs.
 
Functioning:
The web based software has basically 2 types of users:
General User:
Who can see various reports such as-
See reports of each District..
Take Print outs of reports.
Save reports as HTML Files.
Participants :
The participants have to submit their feedback.
Admin:
The major functions of the admin are:
Update Existing Records.
Delete Existing Records.
Insert New Records.
Prepare Reports of the data interpretation.
Take Backups of database.
Export Database to other Formats(Ms Excel,words,pdf).
