 Opening Prayer & meetingcommencement  All members participated Meeting convened with everyone introducing themselves by name. Opening prayer was offered by Cesar.None Approval of February 2012meeting minutes All members participated February meetings were approved with no additions or corrections.NoneMulticultural Stations event (Unplanned topic not on theoriginal agenda)Mai Mai announced that at the last minute the PAB was invited to sponsor a station for the Multicultural Stations event onMar 30
. Their organizing meeting (mtg) was being held at the same time of this PAB mtg.The board agreed for Mai to leave our PAB mtg in order toattend the Multicultural Stations mtg . When she rejoined our mtg, Mai did not offer further information or request help for the Multicultural Stations event. About 2 weeks after this PAB mtg, Mai asked for helpwith station 1 for the Multicultural Stations. A rag-tagad hoc group consisting of Mai, Sel, Liz, and Buster was formed.Sel sent out an e-mail invitation to other PAB membersto join the ad hoc group at station 1 for photo ops and help to carry a traveling cross to station 2.Introduction of 2 new board membersFr. Chuck Fr. Chuck introduced 2 new PAB members, Buster Beazley and Elizabeth Salinas to the rest of the board Sel e-mailed new members the January and February PAB meeting minutes, so they can catch-up on current issues.Volunteer Committee Sel & MartaSel and Marta Werner, the chair of the Volunteer Committee, proposed to the board that the PAB to partner with theVolunteer Committee to put on the next QLM. The aim is tohelp launch a Welcome Sunday Campaign. The board would be responsible mostly for the mtg venue and the Volunteer Committee would be responsible mostly for the mtg content.The PAB approved the proposal and a PAB subcommittee tohelp the Volunteer Committee was formed.The QLM Organizing Subcommittee comprises up of Lee, Michele, and Sel, in partnership with MartaWerner, who will be the Volunteer Committee Liaison for this event.Other PAB member will be asked to serve at a later time.

OMMS n/aBecause of time constraints and excused absence of theOMMS Liaisons, no formal discussion occurred. However,before the PAB mtg, Melissa e-mailed a summary of recent OMMS events for the board to review on their own.NoneSports Court Update Lee & AllenLee reported about discussions with the City and their new requirement to underground the power line utilities(projected expense of $150,000). Allen said the committee is exploring other ways to handlethe utility lines and still satisfy the City. Until then, the hopeis to move the project forward through other City agencies,such Historical Review Committee and Planning Commission;while spending as little money as possible until we final decision is made about the utility lines.NoneMission/ParishUnification UpdateFr. David The Feasibility study group of the Friars has met informally with the decision to move the process more slowly.This decided because we are in a period of transition -Diocese (new Bishop) and Old Mission/Parish (Pastorschanging) The consensus is that it is better to take the timeto do something well than to rush and not do it well. A new Hispanic Priest may join the Parish pastoral staff 
he’s agreed to come, but the Provincial must approve.
 The new COO, Kathleen Flanagan, is arriving on Mar 5

 NoneSpace Availability (Casa)Committee AllenCommittee met yesterday and will tour Casa roomstomorrow afternoon. Had good discussions with Wanda Kingand how the Parish and OMMS can share the space fairly.
Malia Campbell will take Allen’s place on this subcommittee
.Casa will be gone by end of this month and then the Parishwill take charge of their 5,000 sq ft space.NoneMission News Fr. David The retrofitting the Old Mission Church:
