Group Presentation- GUIDELINES: V Overall Business Plan 1 Workshop will be conducted for the whole class as one group. 1. The Instructor will give presentations covering the various phases of Business Plan and guide the students on preparing the final plan in first three lectures. 2.The class will be divided into the groups of 4-5 students each on the basis of their specialization (Each group shall include one student of each specialization - major/minor). 3. Each group will decide on the ideas for the business plan within 3 days. 4.Each group will have to give four presentations on functional areas (general description, marketing, finance and operation & HR) related to their business plans and one final presentation. 5. Finally there will be a competition between three best groups and best among these business plan will be sent to higher authorities for the implementation of this project. 6.In Case the Plan is scalable on international level, the same should get reflected in the business plan in the form of legal formalities to be fulfilled and functional activities to be undertaken
