Zoning History
:In August of 2003, the Commission approved a Conditional Use Permit for a game roomwith a restaurant (Tony G’s). In February, 2006, the Commission granted approval of aCUP for an outdoor dining/drinking patio (Rock City, Anthony Geraci). In September,2007, the Commission approved a CUP transfer for outdoor dining/drinking to (Rock City, Mark Fuerst). In May, 2008 the Commission approved a CUP for 
outdoor dining/drinking to (Rock City, Mark Fuerst) for a patio at the rear of the building whichwas not constructed.
In April of 2009, the Commission approved a CUP to allow anoutdoor patio at the front of the building for Rick’s Studio 13 Grill & Bar. In October of 2010, the Commission approved a CUP to allow for a game room and teen center for Stagez family entertainment center at the facility.
