SOLUTION The solution is providing information as the efforts to change the mind set that counselor is not a supervisor or a police

As specified, effective comparison ratio of counselor and counselees are 1 : 150. However, due to limited number of counselors, common ratio between the counselor and counselee is not suitable with provision.

The practical solution is school have to provide counselors with the appropriate amount. If the number of students are 450, it takes three counselors to give services.

Qualification counselor has a closely related to the educational background of counselor. As determined that requirements to become a counselor is a graduate of S1 guidance and counseling.

The solution is counselor should always develop their professionalism in giving guidance and counseling. Moreover, the counselor selection must be tightened.

The practical solution for this problem is counselor should be up to date and follow the profession development, so the services provided can suit the needs of the counselee.
