Just what is their Jurisdiction? Great that you are working on this one. Bernie Bashin (don't quite know his last name) put the Plainfield, N.H. selectmen on notice that the Feds had not filed these papers. They are trying to get away with murder here! There is a video of this and I am sure you can be supplied with a copy of it if you do not have one already.
