Create a cross as a family to hang in a place you see every day.

You could use paper, poster board or even paper mache. On the cross, write words or draw pictures representing the wrong thing you have done. Then include words and pictures expressing Gods love and hope for you and the world! Thank God for Jesus.

Spend time in prayer for people who dont know Jesus and His love. Think of family members, neighbors, friends at work and school and people on your sports teams. How can you share the love of Jesus with them?

Practice your memory verse. You can find it in Hebrews 10:23.

Read Luke 10:25-37. As a family, talk about the parts of the story that make you each sad. What parts of the story make you feel less sadmaybe even happy? Hint: You might have to keep reading to get to the part that makes you happy!
