The City of Saratoga Springs (City) and the Saratoga Springs Housing Authority (SSHA)share the ideals of bringing safe, affordable housing options to our local citizens. The City andthe SSHA also share principles of ethics, integrity, and fiduciary duty in the implementationof their common ideal. In support of the goals and responsibilities of both the City and theHousing Authority, the City forwards the following Compliance plan to Saratoga SpringsHousing Authority. This plan is made in the spirit of cooperation, and a response is requestedby
May 31, 2012:
 
Pursuant to Article 3 Section 32, SSHA shall bring forth to the Saratoga Springs CityCouncil (City Council) for approval the following:
 
Retroactive Approval: Information regarding all employee compensation, includingcontracts, salary, salary increases, and any other forms of compensation, from May16
th
, 2000 through 2011 for the purpose of retroactive approvals;
 
2012Annual Approval of 2012-2013 Employee Compensation: Information regardingall employee compensation packages, including contracts, salary, salary increases, andany other forms of compensation for the SSHA 2012-2013 fiscal year, prior toadopting the SSHA 2012-2013annual budget and no later than the June 19, 2012 CityCouncil meeting.
 
Future Approval: Information regarding all employee compensation includingcontracts, salary, salary increases, and any other forms of compensation, shall bepresented for approval and adoption from this day forth on a regular annual basis.
