Before you read the following note , lemme for once share my feelings . They say girls are the reasons why boys go

astray . Very true. Ask me . ha ha ha Then I think , Im not a jerk that she claims me to be . I may not be academically proving my intelligence , but its not mere marks thats gonna decide my level of intelligence . its time I start thinking to prove myself . Here goes a short story from my desk . A story dedicated to every person , who dares to see dreams in broad daylight . A story that combines my dreams as a small kid watching dexters lab , and the dream of the present me to become a successful aerospace engineer . Happy reading . J

The event pictures a guy in his mid-twenties. The guy with grown moustache , long hair and glasses . He lay unmoved since 23 00 hrs of the previous evening . What he went through was about to be the most happening thing in the world . His jacket lay a distance away from where he lay . His hair were rushed by the wind that blew. He faintly opened his eyes . The sunrays pierced his sight .Somehow he was able to look around . The time was rewinding. Every aspect was blurred . One question that was still unanswered was about the 25 cent. He stood up . Its easier to run than facing all this pain all alone , he thought . He searched his jeans pocket for a cancer stick , there had to be one . He had taken 5 from across the street , another search found him his lighter . It hardly had gas , to his surprise . Seven clicks later he inhaled the emulsified air . It felt so good . He wanted it , yes he did .

His jacket lay 4 feet away from him . He shrugged the dust of f and put it on . The jacket he thought . He searched his jacket . The thing was small . Small but important , powerful , radiant . He had a faint picture in his head . A faint picture of a man . The man had handed him the thing and had said to be careful. He was confused . He had college to attend , he remembered , but now ,this . The sony ericsson buzzed. It was that familiar sound , his ringtone , the hard metal tune of iron maiden ! It was a .Head straight to the las prcis stadium and look for a purple door. The phone hung up . He was confused . It was him who had called himself . But why ??? This question was ringing in his head , The call was followed call from an unknown number ! The screen flashed a num +965628985698. Two minutes to midnight , he said and it struck his brain . He picked up the call . It was his own voice by a text message . information incoming , it read . He went to the cash dispenser and was amazed . The account claimed to contain $20000000. His heart missed a beat . you must be kidding!! he murmured as his face changed its flexes to a grin ! He got the cash and headed straight to the burger shop . He was the man . Today was his day . He had a bruised hand , a torn jacket , $20000000 and a mystery . He dressed himself up in next 45 minutes and 5 minutes later , the cab was racing to Las prcis. And then , Was it a dj vu ?? He saw an irish guy in a black mustang . He

remembered seeing him before , but where ? Another mystery . And then it happened again . The same irish guy , same black mustang . Dj vu , he murmured . Whats going on was completely beyond his understanding . The traffic seemed noiseless today , he thought . There was no sign of the .

The next moment he woke up , there was the purple door before him . The cab he was in was gone . He got up and noticed that he still held the unfinished burger . There was something in front of that purple door . He sprinted halfway and looked . It was a notebook labeled as the property of neo . neo ! he thought , wait a second , neo ! wasnt he the guy with red hair in his modern physics lab? One aspect was about to unfold . Last evening , 25 cent , beer , advanced physics , space time conflict , neo . He needed a smoke . Last two remained . The lighter took 8 times of effort to generate the heat to light the tobacco .

3. ANALYSIS AND Detailed recommendations The following sections are a summary of the issues raised thus far in data panel discussions and the analysis performed to date, with draft recommendations for data restoration activities where appropriate. It should be realized that at this time, the analysis of the full C&H data picture is not yet complete, and significant concerns remain to be addressed. 3.1 General Areas and Issues Under the heading of general concerns, the panel was concerned with the scope of its activities in general and particularly those activities relevant to the work now underway by the SPDS C&H Discipline Coordination Team (DCT). l The primary customer community with which this panel is concerned is the NASA science research community. The essence of the science communitys concern, beyond issues of balance of funding for data archive/access versus direct research support that fall outside the DEP charter, is data that can be used to support further science. It was a recommendation of the Rice SPDS

workshop that restoration and archival funding should be focused on data of greatest likely scientific utility. The DEP accepts that recommendation with the additional observation that the correct use and interpretation of previously unrecognized features in data in the form of physical quantities may not be possible without archive/access to lower-level data products. The DEP also recognizes that the customer community for C&H data, both present and future, extends to mission spacecraft instrument design and engineering elements of NASA and other US government agency programs. Of particular interest is a continued evolution in understanding of the space radiation environment, including its statistical characterization for risk-factor analysis and hazard prediction (energetic particle events) for both electronic systems and humans in space for extended periods. Some relevant long-term data sets are now at risk and not yet archived (e.g. Helios 1/2, IMP-8). It would be irresponsible to allow the final/total loss of otherwise irreplaceable data even though immediate funding for programs to use that data are presently inadequate. Other key data in some sense orphaned include high-energy measurements from CRREWONR-604. Design and engineering studies also imply importance for various kinds of laboratory measurements (e.g. cross sections).

Hourly position in heliographic (RTN) coordinates is included in several field/plasma data sets at NSSDC (including online COHO data). Spacecraft were nominally spinning normal to the ecliptic, so attitude is nearly fixed. He struck the lights on! Before I say what happened what followed to happen with our guy , I want the readers to understand a concept of modern physics , related to space and time

Atmospheric electricity abounds in the environment; some traces of it are found less than four feet from the surface of the earth, but on attaining greater height it becomes more apparent... The air above the surface of the earth is usually, during fine weather, positively electrified, or at least ... it is positive with respect to the earth's surface, [which is] relatively negative.375 The positive charge in the air results in a continuous current to ground. A slide of RHH shows that the mean total [positive plus negative charges] air to earth current density, as measured by Gringel et al at Laramie Wyoming in 1978, was found to be essentially constant for altitudes of 10 to 30 km, measuring jv = (5.1 0.3) pA m-2. Additional slides by RHH show atmospheric conductivity rising steadily in the middle atmosphere and the ionosphere (up to the top of the curve at about 100 125 km). Several additional lines of data are presented affirming that conductivity rises with altitude at least from about 20 to 70 km. The electric field is seen to vary somewhat about a mean value as one ascends. (See further discussion of properties below.) A detailed review of the Global Atmospheric Electrical Circuit and climate, as proposed by C. T. R. Wilson, is presented in an online textbook (which covers many other topics in the Earth's Electrical Environment). This model posits a negative Earth and positive charge accumulation in the atmosphere, which arises from storm clouds, leading to a Fair Weather Current... There is a robustly demonstrated diurnal variation in the atmospheric electrical current, with maximal average current seen in the afternoon and evening in many places. It was suggested that this is related to thunderstorms arising typically in the afternoon over unevenly distributed land masses. RHH has studied aspects of this phenomenon378. Apparently the variation, as discussed only very briefly, has been found to have a planetary scale, so more study is needed, and the cause of the variation remains a topic of active research...

Can someone have the power ? The power to capture the great natural electric energy ?
