Chapter 13 of Title 75 of the PennsylvaniaConsolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subchapter to read:SUBCHAPTER DCOUNTY REGISTRATIONSec.1381. Requirement.§ 1381. Requirement.(a) General rule.--Each vehicle required to be registeredunder this chapter also must be registered in the county whereinthe owner resides as provided for in this section.(b) Authority.--Each county may adopt an ordinance requiringthe owner of any vehicle referred to in subsection (a) toregister that vehicle.(c) Fees.--The fee each county may charge for such
