2.Eligibility of Candidates:-
 
A Candidate
(a) must have passed at least +2 Exam. Conducted by theCouncil constituted under Section-3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act 1982 or equivalentexamination of a recognized Council, Board or University, as the case may be; (b) must have passedat least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute (c) must be over 1'8 years andbelow 32 years of age as on 15.6.2012 provided that the upper age limit in respect of reservedcategories of candidates shall be relaxed in accordance with the provision of the relevant Acts,Rules, Orders or Instructions for the time being in force, for the respective reserved categories. (d)must be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to theM.E.standard. (e) must be of good character. (f) must be of sound health, good physique and freefrom organic defects or bodily infirmity. (g) must not have more than one spouse living, if married. (h)must possess a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in type writing for the post of Junior Typist,(h) must possess minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute intype writing for the post of Stenographer Grade-Ill.

2. Eligibility of the Candidates:
The candidate must (a) be a citizen of India. (b) have passed at least+2 examination conducted by the Council constituted under section 3 of the Odisha Higher SecondaryEducation Act 1982 or equivalent examination from a recognized Council, Board or University at thecase may be: (c) have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.(d) be over 18 years and below 32 years of age as on 15.06.2012 Provided that, the upper age limitin respect of reserved categories of candidates shall be relaxed in accordance with the provisions ofthe relevant Act, Rule, Order or Instructions for the time being in force for the respective reservedcategories. (e) be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent tothe M.E. Standard. (f) be of good character. (g) be of sound health, good physique and free fromorganic defects or bodily infirmity, (h) have not more than one spouse living, if married. (i) for the postof Jr.Typist, shall possess a minimum speed of 40 words in type writing per minute, (j) for the post ofJr. Stenographers (Grade-Ill), shall possess a minimum speed of 80 words in Shorthand and 40 wordsin typewriting per minute.
3. Fee for Examination.
The candidates are required to deposit fees ofRs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only in shape of Treasury Challan under the head "0070-OtherAdministrative Services-01-Administration of Justice-501 -Services and Service fees-9904650-LawDepartment-9916730-Examination Fees for recruitment conducted by Orissa District & Sub-ordinateCourts" and to enclose the deposit challan in original along with their applications. The S.C. & S.T.candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees. The candidates are required to submittheir applications as per the format given below being duly filled in by their own hands. Noncompliance of any of the requirements mentioned in this advertisement shall entail rejection ofapplication.
