Dear Sir,This is with reference to the interview you had with the undersigned to work in our organization, weare pleased to appoint you as a Designer at Little Wardrobe, on the following terms and conditions:-1. Date of Joining : You can join by 02.05.2012.2. Probation : You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of your joining the services in our Company which may or may not beextended by another six months or more at the discretion of theManagement.While you are on probation, your suitability for permanentemployment will be considered. If at any time during or after or theextended period of probation, you are considered unsuitable for thepost appointed to, you will receive seven days notice in writingwithout assigning any reason terminating your Probationaryappointment.3. Salary : You will be paid Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand only) as basicmonthly salary inclusive of all the allowances.4. H.R.A. : You will be entitled for 10 % HRA on your basic salary.5. Traveling : You will be entitled for Rs. 800/- as Traveling Allowance.6. Bonus : You may be offered a maximum of one months of your basic salary asBonus based on your performance, which will be solely at thediscretion of the Management. Bonus will be payable only after everycompleted year of service, as per company rules.
7. Deductions : Professional Tax, Income Tax Deducted at Source or any otherstatutory deductions if applicable will be deducted from your salary8. Duties & Obligations : Your whole time and energy shall be engaged in discharging of yourduties to the best interest of the Company. You shall abide by theinstructions given by the Company.You are entrusted with all sorts of works of Little Wardrobe and youwill be held responsible for any act of omission and commissionthereof during the tenure of your service.You must not divulge any trade secret or confidential matter of theCompany during and after your employment with us.You must not engage yourself in any gainful profession or occupationor business during the tenure of your service.9. Increment : You cannot claim any increment as a matter of right. This will be atthe sole and absolute discretion of the Management and will be basedon your performance.10. Transfer : Your services may be transferred at the discretion of the Company toany other work place of the Company or its associates on the sameterms and condition. You shall not be entitled to any other additionalbenefits on such transfers.11. Termination : The Company could terminate your employment after giving you one
month’s notice or payment of one month Basic salary in lieu of the
notice period. Similarly if you wish to resign from the service of 
Company, you will give the Company one month’s notice or forfeit
the payment of the Basic salary for one month in lieu of the noticeperiod.

If, in the future,the Management finds that you have suppressed facts or havefurnished wrong information, this appointment will be automaticallydeclared null and void.In the event of any act of dishonesty, involvement in criminal offenseor any misconduct or upon any breach of the terms mentioned above,your services can be terminated without giving any notice.
