to
adenunciationofstationpracticesandprocedureshefeltweredestroyingtheoriginalconceptofWBAI,givingpublicnoticeofaconflictwhichhadbeenalternatelysimmer-ingandragingforthepastyearortwo.
Mr.
AlbertsonjoinedWBAIin1960asavolunteer,wasmadeastaffannouncerin
1964,
andthat
fall,acceptedthejobofstationmanager.In1966,heresigned,feelingthatthejob"was,simply,
tootime-consuming."Heproceededtoscreenap-plicantsforhisjob.thenfoundOUttheFounda-
tionhadselectedFrankMillspaugh.In1967,Al-
bertsonreturned
to
