640 acres, confined to a single Section.
Nominated tracts receive a review process before being offered atauction.
A list of base stipulations to be applied to each lease along with sitespecific ones.
Site specific stipulations would pertain to resource issues (i.e.,species habitat, no surface occupancy).
Leases are for a ten (10) year term. Lessee has first right of refusal
after first term.
Annual rents are paid to the lessor for each acre under lease.
Royalty rates are paid to the lessor at 12 ½%.
