Starting point: the Obelisco, placed on 9 de Julio, avenue with two boulevards, considered the widest in the world. Through Roque Senz Pea av. (Diagonal Norte) you can reach Plaza de Mayo, Citys foundational centre. On the way, we recommend you to pass by CIT at Florida and Diagonal Norte (and buy the Tourist bus ticket, which you can use during the whole day). There you will find the most important historic places and buildings. It is enough to stroll over the square to watch them: Catedral Metropolitana (San Martn on the corner of av. Rivadavia), the Government of the City of buenos aires Palace (bolvar 1), the Cabildo (bolvar 65), the Casa Rosada (balcarce 50).

Keep on walking towards San Telmo, one of the oldest neighborhoods of the City. Churches, markets and museums join the antiques commercial route. Do not miss a walk through San Telmos market, which keeps the neighborhoods historic tradition. For those who love History, the Zanjn de Granados is one of the places secrets better kept in this site. at the corner of Paseo Coln and Independencia, you can get on the Tourist bus that will take you to Caminito corner, in la boca.
