+ First put the oven on to warm at 180"c
+ Grab a big bowl and a wooden spoon and cream 2
of castor sugar with 1709 of softened butter
+ Mix in 3 eggs (without the shells of course)
,., Add ll/a cups of plain flour, 21n tspns of baking
powd.r, VI cup of cocoa powder and ,.] tblspns of
leaf flour (dependi ng on the strength you want)
+ Next add 1 tsP" clnn .. mon. 2 tspns vanilla essence
and VI cup of milk, mix thoroughly
+ Finally wash and grate 2 medium sized zucchinis, skin
and all and add them to the mix (equivalent of 2 cups when
grated)
