Yoga Vasishtha is a remarkable text of classical Indian philosophy, illustrated by stories and similes.

The only complete English translation is by V.L. Mitra (1891). It is currently being prepared at Project Gutenberg/Distributed proofreaders (www.pgdp.net) for publication in the public domain.

This file contains volume 4 (of 4), part 1-2, of the second proofreading round (P2).

Volume 1-3 have been uploaded separately as P2.

The quality of P2 is considerably improved compared to P1 (first proofreading round).
