    I am a loyal fan of Supernatural that has tuned in to every episode to follow the human story of two brothers, Sam and Dean, as they crisscross America fighting evil for the last [INSERT YEARS WATCHING THE SHOW HERE]. I have never had cause to doubt that I would want to tune into see the next episode, and never doubted that I would be counting the days until the new season started.

    But I feel that Season 7 did not demonstrate Supernatural at its best. Due to the diminishment of the central story, I have a number of concerns about my continued engagement as a viewer and the implications that raises about the shows future vitality. These concerns are expressed in the attached document.

    I hope that you will consider these points in the document in the spirit that they are meant. I love Supernatural, its characters, and its compelling human story of these two brothers, and I want to continue enjoying it throughout the next season and beyond. However after viewing Season 7, I fear the loss of the show that I love. If the show continues into Season 8 with more of the same, I would struggle to find a reason to continuing watching.
