From 2002 through 2006 Councilman Jose "Ricky" Badillo submitted Financial Disclosure Statements without information required by New Jersey Ethics Laws. According to his own reports, Councilman Badillo did not earn any income over $2,000 from any single source from 2002 through 2006. He also reported that he did not own any property in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2006.
In 2007, he did not file a report according to a borough roster posted here.
