Adjust the coneto ﬁt your head.Tape the top andbottom, then cut off theexcess cardboard sothat the cone is even.
Put the coneon your headand measurethe length of elastic youneed to go under your chin. Cut and staple theelastic on each side of the cone.
Cut a smallhole in thesecond pieceof fabric and secure sothat the fabric drapesdown lengthwise.
Decorate your fabric veil withﬂowers or stick-on jewels and cover thecone with one piece of fabric. Cut a small holeand slide it over the topof the cone to secure.
Using the tem-plates (or de-sign your own)cut out decorations infelt or cardboard, andattach them to the hatusing a stapler or strongpaper glue.
Roll one card-board sheetinto a coneshape. Secure with asmall piece of sticky-tape and put the coneonto your head.
