Where do the aching legs come in for the tourist?
Getting ready for a day of site seeing-about 60 kilometers a dayVery poor public transport service on the island of Mors-Denmark these poor guys had to runeverywhere
Notice how flat the road is?I had to work on their legs every 40 kilometers or so because they ached so much
When the tourist walks around so many monuments, museums and art galleries, the calf muscles tighten upand because they are the motors for a pumping system that takes used blood from the lower legs, the motorsare not working efficientlyBecause very little used blood is being removed, not enough fresh blood is able to replace it so the musclesfatigue and the legs ache-sitting down in the café resting the legs is not going to help the legs recoverbecause the used blood just sits and stagnatesWhen it is static, lymph fluid separates from the blood and migrates through the walls of the blood vessels,into the tissues spaces around the lower legs and ankles making them swell and of course then, the shoes donot fit too well so the feet also have problems from ill fitting shoes

I know the tourist will be asking themselvesWhere do I get the tools from to do the job of making the calf muscle pump work again?
And saying but I am not very good at using tools, or I do not speak the language in the country Iam in to ask for them, or even that I can’t carry any more bits and pieces in my luggage because Iam already overweight with all the souvenirs I bought!
Conventional systems need massage oils, towels, massage tables and associated equipment to beused-this makes them difficult for the average person to use easily and it is this that makes themdifficult to use in ultra marathon where time and space are limited
