Caribbean Airport Facilities (CAF) has been in negotiations with various executive directors of the Puerto Rico Ports Authority (PRPA) since October 29, 2009 when at their request; we submitted an offer to sell all our leaseholds (CAF cargo and airport Hotel) and remaining credits for $97,500,000.00. The continued privatization, delay in action by the PRPA and their involvement in a tortious expropriation leaves CAF with no alternative but to inform the PRPA that we have withdrawn our offer to transfer our leasehold
