duringeachyearoftheTermand,withinthediscretionoftheBoard,beadjustedupwardbutnotdecreased.IndeterminingtheAnnualSalary,theBoardshallconsider,butisnotlimitedto,thefollowingfactors:(a)thecompensationofcollegepresidentsinsimilarsizeinstitutions;(b)thecompensationofWallaceascomparedtoothercollegepresidentsintheFloridaStateCollegesystem;(c)anyincreaseindutiesorresponsibilitiesduetothechange,scope,ormissionoftheCollege;and(d)recognitionthatWallaceshouldbecompensatedonalevelcommensuratewithhisresponsibilityastheexecutiveofaleadingstatecollege.Notwithstandingthisreview,ifthepartiesfailtoagreeonanAnnualSalary,theratethen
