goodperformancereviews.12.OnoraboutJune6,2011,VanTrumpwasrequiredtoobtainsurgeryofhiscervicalspine.HisFMLALeavewasapprovedbyCommunityyetduringhisFMLALeavehewascontinuouslyharassedbyhissupervisorDawnBossaller.WhileonleaveshewouldcontinuouslycallandharassVanTrumpandinquirewhenhewasgoingtoreturntowork.VanTrumpcomplainedtoHumanResourcesabouttheactionsofBossaller,buthiscomplaintswereneveraddressed.13.VanTrumpreturnedtoworkonAugust8,2011.Immediatelyuponhisreturntowork,VanTrumpwasplacedonprobationbaseduponpretextualreasons.VanTrump'semploymentwasterminatedonoraboutAugust15,2011.VanTrumpcontendsthathisterminationwaspremised,inwholeorinpartuponhisseekingFMLALeave.14.VanTrumphasretainedtheundersignedlawfirminthismatterandhasagreedtopayitareasonablefeeforitsservices.
