Sir, The complaint dated 26/04/2012, was placed before the Commission on 24/05/2012 . Upon perusing the complaint, the Commission directed as follows.

DM, Allahabad, U.P. is directed to depute an officer for on the spot enquiry and identification of bonded labourers, if any. If any bonded labourer is found, immediate action be taken for their release and rehabilitation. An action taken report be sent to the Commission within two weeks.

2. Accordingly, I am forwarding herewith a copy of the complaint for taking appropriate action in the matter as per the directions of the Commission. It is requested that an Action Taken Report be sent to the Commission within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of this letter.
