Letter of Recommendation

Mr. Muhammad Ali has been under my supervision for the last one and a half years. During this period, he has been assigned various tasks related to structural design and manufacturing. As I have known, Ali has keen interest in scientific research and he has the right technical background to excel in this field. He has sound technical knowhow and the ability to impart his knowledge for problem solving. He conceives problems well and addresses them adequately. He is very efficient at using computer aided technologies for design and innovation. I have found Ali to be a committed and diligent individual with the habit of hard working. He never refuses to work after office hours and he has completed all his tasks well in time. He is a quick learner and is always eager to learn new things and enhance his knowledge. When he joined SUPARCO he was asked to learn the use of NASTRAN/PATRAN and Pro Engineer software. He quickly grasped the utility of these software and started using them resourcefully. The training instructors noticed him as the best learner among around 15 trainee colleagues. He works in a team that comprises of members from electrical, thermal and manufacturing departments. His role in this team is highly appreciated. Recently, he has successfully led a team of technicians and machinists to manufacture and assemble certain equipment. He has a sense of responsibility towards contributing towards betterment of the society and the field he has chosen shows his concerns regarding environmental challenges. As a person, he is very friendly with high social and moral values. He poses good interpersonal and communication skills and he can express himself well both verbally and in writing. The field he has chosen is of great importance for Pakistans economic growth and sustainability. Pakistan is currently fighting a severe energy crisis. In these circumstances, we are in need of people like Ali to contribute towards development of energy sector especially in renewable energy resources. Ali has the right potential to play a major role in this scenario. Ali is highly motivated for higher studies and eager to enhance hi knowledge though a graduate program.
