To Whom It May Concern: An early release building permit has been requ ested and is approved by the Subdivision office for 4810 Spur 408., subject to the following conditions: 1. Provision of required fire protection. 2. No certificate of occupancy until after final plat is recorded in the appropriate county and the recorded plats retur ned to Subdivision in room 115 at 320 E. Jefferson Blvd. 3. OK to release building permit subject to completion of water/wastewater engineering plans and priva te development contracts. Release is in compliance with contract #H-250-P Offsite and 11-247/248-P Onsite per Water Utilities. This early release building permit does not guar antee the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. You are responsible for any addi tional costs that may be incurred. This letter does not constitute a building permit.
