Overall your document is helpful, however I have to comment on pages 6 - 9. As an experienced recruiter for many years, I would never advise anyone in an interview to try and skirt around a question like disguising a strenght as a weakness. I would also never advise anyone to not provide a direct answer to a question. If a ask a behaviour based question and someone responds "that has never happened to me before" or something where they seem to be avoiding the answer that can usually be a deal breaker. Remember, behaviour based interviewing questions are designed for you to demonstrate past performance around a certain competency. If you lie or not tell the whole truth or make up an answer the competency is core to the role, you are setting yourself up for failure and the company to have to rehire someone else when you're not successful. In my opinion, remember what Mommy and Daddy told you - honest is the best policy!
