The
partiesstipulatethatthefollowingfactsaretrue
and
correct,
and
thathadthematter
gonetotrialtheUnitedStateswouldhaveproventhembeyondareasonabledoubt.
1.Beginninginandaround2008,thedefendantcreatedClassyDCEscorts(Classy),
aninternetprostitutionbusiness.InordertoestablishClassy,thedefendantplacedonline
advertisementsonwww.backpaue.comandwww.cros.comtosolicitwomenthroughouttheUnitedStatesandCanadatoworkasprostitutes,primarilyintheWashington,D.C.metropolitan
area.
2.ThedefendantownedandoperatedClassyandmanagedthedailyoperations
of
thebusinessfromhisvariousresidences.Thedefendantdirectedtheactions
of
theprostitutesandemployees
of
Classy.BeginninginandaroundJune2009,Classyoperatedinseveralstates,
includingVirginia,Maryland,Washington,
D.C,
NewYorkandOhio.
3.Thedefendant,togetherwithothers,doingbusinessasClassyDCEscorts,
constitutedanenterpriseasdefinedinTitle18,UnitedStatesCode,Section1959(b)(2),thatisa
group
of
individualsassociatedinfactthatengagedin,andtheactivities
of
whichaffected,
interstateandforeigncommerce.Theenterpriseconstitutedanongoingorganizationwhose

membersfunctionedasacontinuingunitforacommonpurpose

of
theenterprise.Thepurpose
of
theenterprisewastoenrichthemembersandassociates
of
the
enterprisethroughtheoperation
of
aprostitutionbusinessandtopromoteandenhancethe
enterpriseanditsmembers'andassociates'activities.4.Thedefendant,withthehelp
of
KoblaFiagbedzicreatedandmaintaineda
website,www.classydccscorts.com.toestablish,manage,promoteandcarryonhisprostitutionbusiness.TheClassywebsitepostedpictures
of
variouswomen,theirphysicalcharacteristics,
their"workingname,"thetypes
of
sexualservicestheywouldprovideandthe
hourlyrates.
5.Inandaround2008,andtoallaysuspicionthathewasgeneratingillegal
proceedsfromaprostitutionbusiness,thedefendantopenedabusinessaccountatBank
of
Americainthename
of
KwizzProductionsandInvestments,LLC.
6.ThedefendantcommunicatedwiththewomenansweringClassy'sadsusing
telephonesorelectroniccommunication,suchastextmessagesoremails.Thedefendantmadeitknowntothewomenthattheywereexpectedtoengageinsexualactivitywithclientsformoney
andthatClassywouldkeep40%
of
thehourlyratecharged.
7.ThedefendantusedtheinternettomakeonlinehotelreservationsfortheClassy
prostitutes,most
of
whomlivedoutsidethemetropolitanD.C.area,andtobookairline
reservationsfortheirtraveltotheEasternDistrict
of
Virginiaandelsewhere.Thedefendant
causedtheClassyprostitutestotravelininterstatecommercetoengageinprostitution.
8.ThedefendantcommunicatedwiththeClassyprostitutesabouttheirtravelplans

andgavetheminstructionsonwheretogoandwhattodoupontheirarrival.Afterthewomenarrivedattheirhotels,thedefendanttooktheirphotographs,orarrangedforotherstotaketheirphotographs,intheirhotelrooms.9.Thedefendantemailedphotographs
of
theClassyprostitutestoJenniferChurchill(a/k/aJenniferNukul),aphotoshopeditorbasedinCalifornia.ThedefendantinstructedChurchilltoenhancethephotographs
of
thewomenandtocreatea"watermark"inthemiddle
of
eachphotographwhichstated:"ClassyDCEscorts."

Thedefendant
traveled
in
interstate
commerce,and
directedothers
totravelin
interstatecommerce,tocollecttheproceeds
of
prostitutionfromtheClassyescortswhotemporarilystayedandworkedinhotelsinVirginia,Maryland,Washington,
D.C,
NewYork
and
Ohio.
11.Thedefendantemployedothers,suchasAlafakaOpuiyo(a/k/aAmy)andKiana
McKelvin(a/k/aVicky),toanswerthetelephonesforClassyandtoscheduleappointmentsfor
theClassyprostituteswithcustomers.TheseClassycall-takers"screened"theincomingcallers
in
order
toverifythatthecallerswere,infact,interestedinhiring
women
forsexualservices.
TheClassycall-takersaskedforpersonalinformationfromtheirclientsinorderto"screen"
them.
12.Thedefendantusedfacilitiesininterstatecommerce,suchascellphonesoremail,todirectAlafakaOpuiyo(a/k/aAmy)todeposittheproceeds
of
prostitutionthatshecollected
fromtheClassyprostitutesintohisKwizzProductionsbankaccount.WhentheBank
of
Americaclosedthataccount,thedefendantopenedanotheraccountinthename
of
BoytonLLC
