20-1 058 Notice, laid their hands on the sick. Everything that was
in God's promise... "I shall pour out My Spirit in the last days upon
all flesh. Your old men shall dream dreams; your young men shall
see visions," and all these different promises that He made.
Everything's laying right there in God's promise.
20-3 059 The Spirit quickens their fellowship with God, so that they
call the dead back to life in that day. They laid their bodies upon
the dead; they come to life.
Listen closely. They done the same things that Jesus did, because
the same Spirit was upon Him was upon them. If one Spirit makes
a man act this way; it makes the other one act that way. If one...
2 The Spoken Word
How can this come upon and say he's got the Spirit of God and
deny the works of God? Cannot do it.
20-5 060 Notice, God's life, which is in the Greek called Zoe,
moving through them and in them, quickened their minds to His
Word. Now, let me say that real quietly now. The Spirit of God that
moves among the people, quickens the mind of the person to the
promise of God. See, it does it.
Look at... I'm trying to show you the--the... and let you realize that
I'm speaking now of the church, and also quickened to life in Him.
Although they only was His attributes to begin with, but if God said
in this day (back in the beginning), "John Doe will be My servant,"
millions of years ago... Now, John Doe was born in sin, shaped in
iniquity, come to the world speaking lies, because he's a mortal;
but maybe he gets a little religious feeling. He will go join a church.
Maybe he will join a Pentecostal church; I don't know. He might
join anything. But let him get under the atmosphere of God once.
See? John Doe is bound to recognize Who his Father is. Just as
that eagle recognized who the mother was.
It's got to realize it. See? Only that John Doe is God's attribute
that's become a Word spoken, and then the Holy Spirit seeks that
Word out. Here it is. He calls him, gives him Everlasting Life, and
brings him into the Presence of God, God's Word.
21-2 061 Look, God had to same when He saw Jesus. It was a--it
was a finished work that God finished with Jesus when He said,
"It's finished." All the plan was finished. And when the Spirit of God
comes upon you, and you truly are one of God's attributes that He
spoken of... Now, if you're not, you'll wonder and fluster, and run
here, and there, and everything else, and never come to the
knowledge of the Truth.
But if you are one of those, the old things pass away right quick
(You see?), and you become new, and the plan of salvation is
finished. You're ready to obey every Word that God ever spoke of
you (See?) for you to do. You're submissive to His Word.
Attributes of God 3
The contract, exactly, the abstract to the contract, the title deed
belongs to you. The debts are all paid. It's all struck off, and as it
was at the day of Pentecost.
31-2 079 If the Spirit that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in
you (Oh, hallelujah.), It will quicken your mortal bodies. It'll make
you do things you didn't do before. They was full of the Quickening
Power then. See? Your body ain't subject to sin no more. You--
your--the desires... He say, "Come on out here."
Did you ever see how independent an old eagle walks? He don't
hop like a vulture (See?) to every dead and all the carrion laying
on the ground. No, sir. He walks proud. "Shut your mouth."
32-1 081 And what did they do? They spoke in another language.
The Bible said they did. They spoke in every tongue under heaven.
Could you imagine that? Them old mortal bodies that's in there
say, "Well, I don't know now whether I can believe this or not." All
at once, they were so quickened till the bravery of the Lion of the
tribe of Judah fell into them over that waving Sheaf. Oh, that Eagle
come to call Its own. And they loved not their lives unto death.
Amen.
There the Son has got to be--be revealed again in the Bride in the
last days, a Quickening Power has got to come, quicken out of
these dead denominations and creeds to a living Word of the living
God. Ohhh, no. It quicken them to new Life. It does the same thing
for us now.
they got well. It quicken your mortal bodies. They were healed by
laying on their hands.
32-4 083 And the Spirit quickened their fellowship together with
God, till they also were so quickened into the Presence of God,
until when a person died and their soul had gone off, It called him
back to life again. Amen. Glory. (Now, I'm feeling religious.)
33-2 084 Now, look. How can you say that that Spirit dwells in you
though you done everything that you thought was right? Here's
your evidence whether you've got It or not: if the Spirit that was in
Christ is in you, It also quickens you to the Word, for He is the
Word. And if it, contrary, quickens you away from the Word, then it
isn't the Spirit of Christ. Don't care what you done, until that moves
you in the Word... "My sheep hear My Voice and they shall live by
every Word," every Word.
33-3 085 I was talking on that the other day. My old mother, she's
gone on now, and she was a very odd woman. And she was, you
know, about a half Indian, and she was odd. But in there she was a
person didn't dream. But I only think she only had four or five
dreams all of her life, but every time she dreamed a dream, it was
true. She had a dream, it was true.
6 The Spoken Word
I remember one time when I first started preaching, many years
ago. We was living right up here on the road, right just above here.
And I was preaching right here at this church. And she dreamed a
dream that I was standing here by the side of a three steps. And I
was standing preaching to everybody that they must walk up these
three steps before they hit the highway. And on the highway's a
little pearly-liked white line run right into the--the--the doors of
heaven, to the pearly gates, and that pearl had been stretched out
to the top of these steps. If that ain't my Message exactly today:
justification, sanctification, and baptism of the Holy Ghost.
33-5 086 Now, I was saying that a person has to come by these
three steps to be able to walk that highway. And said that there
was a lady came by. (Now, you know what kind of shoes people
wore thirty-five years ago.) Well, there was a lady come by, had on
a great big pair like they wear today, spike-heeled shoes. And she
come by and I said, "Wait a minute, sister. You can't walk that
highway with that." And I said, "You--you--you can't do that."
And she said, "Aw." She said, looked around at the rest of the
women and said, "Don't believe him; he's a madman. (See?) Don't
believe him. I'll show you I can be justified, sanctified, and filled
with the Holy Ghost and still walk that." And she... I just let her go,
couldn't do no more about it, couldn't stop her. And she jumped up
on the highway, she looked back at the sisters and said, "See, I
told you." She started to run up, and she... You know what the
Bible said in Isaiah, 5th chapter, said they'd have outstretched
necks (they have to; they're pitched over. See?), mincing as (have
to, have to twist)--mincing as they go, making a tinkling with their
heels (See?), the daughters of Zion in the last days.
And she started up that highway just as hard as she could run, and
after while the road got narrower and narrower. She started
reeling, mincing like that, and off she went. And mother said, "The
most horrible screams that I ever heard in my life was that woman
falling into those flames and smoke, going down, down like that."
Said I turned around and said, "See?"
She just obeyed everything but one Word (See?), everything but
one Word. Sure, Pentecostal women can be saved, sanctified, and
filled with the Holy Ghost and then fail. Absolutely.
Attributes of God 7
Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word, that can be...
See, see? And she failed it. And as I said (See?), she'd have went
on in all right, but (See?) she failed to listen. Telling her what was
ahead. And He's wrote the Gospel by the disciples, apostles, and
doctrine of the apostles and prophets, and so forth, and they won't
listen.
34-5 088 Now, notice this Quickening Power, "Zoe," bringing the
Word, the mind that was in Christ was in you then. I'm trying to
show you, that you, when you raised--when God raised Jesus from
the dead, He raised up you also, and also quickened to Life with
Him (You are now quickened to Life.), although then you were but
an attribute in His thoughts, but God had seen all in Him at the
finish. See?
When God looked down upon the body... (The Spirit left Him in the
Garden of Gethsemane; He had to die a man.) Remember friends,
He didn't have to do that. That was God. God anointed that flesh,
which was human flesh, and He didn't have... If He'd went up there
as God, He'd have never died that kind of death; can't kill God.
But... He didn't have to do it, but remember, He went there with
you in Him. See? God had never separated the Bride from the
Groom yet. So when God looked down upon the Body of Christ,
He saw both male and female. It was all redeemed in that one
Body. See? They are one, the same, same Word. the same Word
spoke of the Groom speaks of the Bride.
Now, I know many of you people and the Protestants think that the
egg was Mary's. And the--the hemoglobin which comes, the life
comes in the blood cell. Because a hen can lay an egg; without
8 The Spoken Word
being with the male bird, it won't hatch, because it's not fertile. Life
comes from the bloodstream, which comes from the male sex. But
in this case there was no male sex, so the Life in the blood, it had
to come from God alone, and He created a Blood cell in the womb
of Mary. God Himself, the Creator Himself, created a Blood cell.
Now, look. They say, "Well, it was the body. Mary had the egg."
No, sir. She was not no egg. If it was an egg, you cannot get the
sperm without a sensation. And if he--she had a sensation, what
do you have God is doing?
He created both egg and Blood. That's exactly what He was. "We
handled God," the Bible said. I Timothy 3:16, "Without controversy
great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh.
We handled Him with our hands." That body was God. Certainly
was. He was God all over, in a form of a human being.
34 017 Now we notice in this, that that Blood cell being broken,
that released God. "God was in Christ, reconciling the world to
Himself," where no other one could do it, nothing else could be
done; it taken that holy Blood Himself. God had to come down and
become man to suffer His Own law. If Jesus was just a prophet, a
man separated from God, then God is unjust.
If I could say, "Let Brother Grant die for some sin that Billy ought to
die for, or something else, some penalty," that would be unjust. If I
had my own boy to die for a penalty that I had pronounced, it still
isn't just. There's only one justice I can do, that's take his place, if I
want to save him.
And God had to become flesh in order to take the sinner's place:
God manifested in the flesh, nothing less than God Himself. Now,
here He was manifested in the flesh to take away the sins of the
world. And He identified Himself in us, that we might be identified
in Him. See the purpose of it?
37 018 Now, we find out our identification with our Sacrifice: the
Life of the Sacrifice in us, which is the Holy Spirit. When that cell
was broke, it released God, released God, that He'd sanctified a
people with His Own Blood and put God in the man again: God in
you, Eternal Life.
Attributes of God 9
And any Greek scholar knows that that word, "Eternal Life," comes
from the word "Z-o-e, Zoe," which means "God's Own Life." That's
right. The only way that you ever can have Life, there's only one
form of Eternal Life and that's God's Own Life in you. See? Then
you have Eternal Life, because He is the only Eternal there is. And
we are the attributes of His thoughts before there was even a
foundation of the world or anything. All this is just His thinking, and
we're the display of His thoughts of what it was.
27-4 093 God became from God and become me, to take my sin
upon Him, that He might make me Him (Amen.), back to His great
purpose of sons and daughters of God, for He is an eternal Father.
That attribute was in Him (See?), so that had to be displayed.
Now, the wheat alone is just a wheat, but when the quickening life
gets into it--into the wheat, then it gives it life. And we which were
once dead, made in the image of God, and yet dead in sin and
trespass, there's some way God had to get this quickening life into
your mortal body.
9-8 027 I'm talking about your body. Now, Jesus was the Word.
You believe that, don't you? "In the beginning..." St. John 1, "In the
beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, and the Word
was God. And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us."
10-2 028 I hope that we get this real clear now. Jesus, being a
Man Himself, the body; but it took the Spirit in Him: the Spirit. "It's
not Me that doeth the works; it's My Father that dwelleth in Me.
He's the One that does the work." See? And Jesus Himself was
the Word, because He was... Before God... This is a bad word to
use, and I hope you take it right before a crowd, but He was
predestinated by the foreknowledge of God, how God's plan was
to be, that He would send a Redeemer, and this Redeemer could
only be His own Son.
So then, that was God's promise all the way from the garden of
Eden, that Jesus would be here.
Attributes of God 11
10-4 029 The time had come when you had to have a Redeemer.
The law had failed. Other things had failed. Now, it takes a
Redeemer, and He was the promised Redeemer. He was
quickened by the Word of God.
And now, if that same Spirit that was upon Him to be the
Redeemer in that age, that we have accepted... Now, the promise
of in this last days what would take place, if you become part of
that Word, you are redeemed with Him; because the same Spirit
that dwelt in Christ is dwelling in you, quickening your life to this
age. And it will also in the end time quicken your mortal bodies,
resurrect them, bring them up again. That takes the gloom away
when we look at it in that, and that's the truth. See?
10-6 030 Romans here, Paul has proved it to us. See? "If the Spirit
that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, It will also
quicken your mortal bodies." This is the same Spirit that raised
Him up that quickened the true believer to Eternal Life. The Spirit
that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells into the believer,
quickens the believer to Eternal Life.
10-7 031 There's only one life, one Eternal Spirit, one Eternal Life,
and that's God. God alone is the Eternal. And then we, being His
children, are part of Him; that is, the attributes of His thinking. And
the thought is expressed, and becomes a word. Then each
individual in here that possesses this Eternal Life was before the
foundation of the world in God's thinking. That's the only way it
could be, cause you are an attribute. That's an expression of a
thought has been come a word, and a word has taken life, and it's
eternal. That's the reason we have Eternal Life.
In the same principle that the great Son of God, the Redeemer...
We become sons and daughters of God through that same Spirit,
by the same foreknowledge of God.
12 The Spoken Word
Look at the millions on earth that didn't receive it when Jesus was
here. But how thankful that we should be this morning to know that
we have the direct evidence and the Bible proofs that we are
included in that great resurrection morning coming, that great
Easter. We have the earnest of it right now in our mortal bodies.
In the beginning, God, the great Spirit... He wasn't even God then.
He was the eternal One. "God" is an object of worship. He had
nothing to worship Him. There was no--there were no angels, no
nothing, just God alone. Him alone was eternal. But in order to be
God, there had to be something to worship Him. So He created
Angels, and beings, and Cherubims, and so forth to worship Him.
And His great plan begin to unfold.
11-4 033 But remember, you, in the--the statue that you are in this
morning, if you wasn't in His thinking then, you're not now. For
you... There's some part that's in you that's eternal; and eternal
only belongs to God.
And in God was His thinking of you setting right where you are
now. In His thinking I stood at the pulpit this morning, because
He's infinite and knows all things. Therefore, He could tell the end
from the beginning, because He's eternal. And you, being a son of
God or a daughter of God, then you were in His thinking at the
beginning.
11-6 034 And then when the Holy Spirit come... And you're on
earth, walking around here as a sinner; way down in your life
there's something. You don't know what's taking place, but you're
hungering.
12-1 035 God's Word, as Jesus, was born the Son of God to be
Emmanuel, God's full expression in a Man... And He found Him in
perfect obedience down at the river of Jordan, being baptized by
that prophet. And as soon as He obeyed Him and walked out of
the water, the heavens opened to John, and he saw the Holy
Ghost descending from heaven, saying, "This is My beloved Son."
See, perfect obedience, the Spirit had sought Him out in
obedience.
And it just works through like that. See? And it could pass right...
It's just a flow of the, I believe, that even the Holy Spirit and
Angels, and all are just attributes of God; it's just a part of God. It's
His make-up; it's part of it that went off, His Spirit and so forth, that
He created to be His helpers around in His great office of glory.
And I believe they're just like secretaries and so forth, to--to help
carry on the Master's work, and they come to the earth for us
earthly people, and--and they... certain times and certain...
13-4 040 The Bible said that we were predestinated to the sons
and adoption of the sons of God before the foundation of the
world. Then when God slew the Lamb in His own thinking before
the foundation of the world to prove out His attributes, what He
was, when the Lamb was slain, we were slain with It. When the
blood of the Lamb was caught in His Own mind back there before
the foundation of the world, mine and your names were written on
the Book then. All in His great thinking. He's infinite. If He didn't,
why did He permit it?
PARADOX. 64-0206B
72 031 Now, to make the mockery out of it, the Romans hung
Him on a tree: "Cursed is he that hangs on a tree," to make a
mockery out of the Son of God. He was despised, rejected. He
came from the highest of heaven, and become the lowest on earth.
When He was here, He went to the lowest city. The smallest man
in the city had to look down to see Him: Zacchaeus. He was give
the lowest name. He was treated the worst, and hung on the--died
the cruelest death that could be died. That's what people thought
of Him. That's what the world thought of Him.
But God lifted Him so high till He has to look down to see heaven;
give Him a Name above every name, that everything in heaven
and earth is named after Him. That's what God thought of it. See?
If we're sons of God, the attributes of His thoughts before the
foundation of the world, we'll think the same of Him. And
remember, brothers, He is the Word. See?
wanted Him then. It's too bad, but it--it just repeats itself. You'll
understand from there on.
16 The Spoken Word
IDENTIFIED CHRIST OF ALL AGES. 64-0401
E-58 058 Now, it wouldn't be me if He did that, because... First it
was God in the Pillar of Fire: God above us, then God with us in
Christ, now God in us (See?), sons of God in the adoption that
Christ come to do, to redeem God's attributes as He did at the
beginning. Now, if His Word dwells in here and I've told the truth,
and that is it, and the Word is in here in my heart, then God will
identify Himself as that being the truth. Then what ought that to do
to this congregation? What ought it to do, when you see the
Scripture right here before you.
must be that way. It was always; it always has been that way; and
it always will be that way. He was the Word, and the Word was
made flesh and dwelt among us.
13-1 037 Now, God in--back in the days of the Old Testament we
find that after He'd appeared to His people in different forms, He
veiled Himself behind old badger skins: God, hiding behind badger
skins at His mercy seat. We find that how that Solomon, when he
dedicated the temple of the Lord, and these badger skins was
hanging there, the veil--how that He came in as the Pillar of Fire
and as a Cloud, and went down behind there, and veiled Himself
to the outside world. But by faith Israel knew that He was back
there. They knew He was there, regardless of what any of the
heathen worlds had to say. He was hid from the unbeliever, but the
believer, by faith, knew He was back there; they had mercy. And
He was at His mercy seat, which was a great secret.
13-2 038 You know, in the Old Testament to enter behind that skin
was death. Now, to stay from behind it is death. Then to enter into
His glory was death; now to stay away from His glory is death.
That happened, of course, at the renting of the veil at Calvary,
when the veil was rent, the old veil. Now, to stay out of His
Presence is death. Then to enter His Presence was death. See? It
changes back and forth, and you must find the Scripture to see
what day we're living in.
13-3 039 Now, when the veil was rent at Calvary, the Mercy Seat
came into plain view, but what happened? It was hanging on
Calvary, dripping in Blood. As they had took blood year after year
at the cleansing of the sanctuary and the sprinkling of the mercy
seat, there, God, with His great, mighty stroke of lightning power,
split the old badger veil from top to bottom, and the Mercy Seat
came into plain view. The real genuine Lamb of God was hanging
in plain view on Calvary, the real Mercy Seat, when God had paid
the price Himself and become one of us, and had manifested
Himself as a man to get acquainted with us and we to be
acquainted with Him.
13-4 040 The Mercy Seat was in plain view of all Israel on that day
of the Atonement. But alas, the traditions of the church fathers in
18 The Spoken Word
that day had, by their traditions, had veiled the true Mercy Seat
from the people. If they would've knowed the Scripture, each piece
would've come like the Chinese tag. The Old Testament prophecy
would've been fulfilled, and it was. And if they'd been taught the
Scripture, they would've seen the Mercy Seat.
Then God, after Adam had fell (tried by the Word, and fell), God
continued in His creation to try to find a man who would live every
Word. Now, look. He tried to find that, that is, live the Word for his
age. Now, you see, God scattered His Word out, 'cause He could...
125 048 "No man can come to Me," said Jesus, "except My Father
draws him. And all that the Father hath (past tense) given to Me,
will come to Me," to the Word. How can they come unless they
were--are all--they were foreordained to come? "As many as
received Him, to them give He the power to become sons of God."
See? 'Cause their names were on the Book; He come to redeem
what was on the Book.
In Revelation, we find out, when the Seals were opened, there was
a Book. And Him that set upon the throne, God, had It in His right
hand. And there wasn't nothing, nobody in heaven, or in earth, or
anywhere, was worthy to come take the Book, or to even to look
on It. John wept with great... Because the whole Book of
redemption was there.
127 049 It was at the meeting the other night, that little Assembly
of God brother and sister sang that song, "I wonder if John saw me
when he saw all the nations gathered. Did he see me?" Sure he
did, if your name was on that Book. And when...
And John was looking around to find a--a lion, and out from behind
the curtains come a Lamb, a Lamb that had been slain since
before the foundation of the world. Then he saw a bloody Lamb
come out, and He come and took the Book out of the right hand of
Him, and called everything what was on that Book. It's the
complete Book of redemption. And this is It. The Book of
20 The Spoken Word
redemption, He redeemed all was in that Book, not out of the
Book.
Anything that had a beginning has an end. But if you've got Eternal
Life, you never did begin and you cannot end, because you're
sons and daughters of God, attributes of His thoughts and His
Word. You have no ending of Life, if your name is on that Book.
The Lamb come to redeem It. Not all that profess Christians, not
all that try to live good and holy; but those whose names were
written on there, He redeemed that, and that alone, whose names
were on the Book.
Oh, I'm so glad for that, that He being rich in mercy. If He was just
rich in money, if He was just rich in materials, which He is, but yet
the greatest thing is being rich in mercy. Oh, what a great word
that is, how that we were once dead.
were once dead, dead in sin and trespasses, walking after the
things of the world, the desire of the flesh, and fulfilling the desire
of the mind. Has..."
What caused this change? you see? And what caused it from one
time being dead, to quicken? "Quicken" means "made alive."
There was a change from death unto Life. There's no other--
there's no other thing that could happen to any person, so great,
as to change him from death to Life. A man, if he was dying,
physically, and could be healed physically, that would be a great
thing, but nothing so great as when he is spiritually dead and God
has quickened him to Life.
38 015 You once in times past, dead... You were dead. Even many
here tonight, one time can look back and know that you were
dead. But now why aren't you dead tonight as you were then? You
deserve to be that way, because you was a sinner, but God Who is
rich in mercy. That's the--that's the thing: God Who was rich. All
these things that we were, but God. That made the change right
there: God Who is rich in mercy.
40 016 And we was speaking the other night on how the seed
must die. And everything around that germ of life must not only die,
but rot. If it doesn't rot, it cannot live. And rot is "completely done
away with; it's finished." And until we get to the place that our own
ideas and our own thinking is completely gone and it's rotted away
from us, then the germ of life can begin to live.
Now, now, we might, I might inject just a little bit of doctrine here
that I don't... If you don't believe it, all right. That's just okay. I do
believe it. I believe that--that a man, when he's born in this world,
that when you're a little baby, born into the world, you could not
have been here without being the foreknowledge of God, because
He is infinite and He knows all things. And when that little baby is
born into the world, there's something in that baby. If he's ever
going to have Life, there's a little something in there, in that child
then, that he comes to sooner or later. That little seed is in him.
Now, if you'll take... The Scriptures plainly declare that.
22 The Spoken Word
42 017 Now, if you've got Eternal Life tonight, if we have Eternal
Life, then we always were, because there's only one form of
Eternal Life. We always were. And the reason we were, because
we are a part of God. And God is the only thing that's eternal.
Now, we are a part of God. You always was. You don't remember
it, because you were only an attribute in God. You were only in His
thinking. Your very name, if it ever was on the Book of Life, it was
put there before the foundation of the world. He knew what you
were.
45 018 I'm only saying this, not to mix up doctrine, but to straighten
it out, that we might get away from this fear and scare: you don't
know who you are. You are not going to be, but now you are the
sons of God. See, you always were the sons of God. See?
For when God had you in His thinking at the beginning, you have
to be, some part of you, your Life that's in you now, had to be with
God before there... Well, when you--before you even become
material here on earth, before there was anything, but God, you
were one of His attributes. He knew what your name would be. He
knew the color of hair you'd have. He knew all about you. The only
thing happened is when you, being a sinner...
And then after while, you heard the Gospel. Maybe you went to
church; you picked out this and that, and went from denomination
Attributes of God 23
to denomination. But one day, you being part of God, you had to
be part of the Word. And when you heard the Word, you know
where you come from, you knew what was the Truth. You were
always, the seed was in you always. The Word seen the Word that
was in you, that was before the foundation of the world, saw the
Word and you come to It.
God had a reason to do that, for down beneath that water there
was seeds that He had planted, and it had to have that sunlight to
make it live. And the first Light was ever given in the earth was
God's spoken Word. The first Light that ever struck the earth was
God's spoken Word; He said, "Let there be light." And there was
light, that turned darkness into light in order to bring forth a
creation of joy and life upon the earth.
7-5 019 Then the Spirit of God, as It moved with love and
compassion at that great day, the first day of the dawn of creation
upon the earth, the sun rose and swept across (its rays) and dried
up the waters from the earth and made an atmosphere above; and
for its first time it was to bring joy and life to the earth by a seed.
That was a great hour.
But oh, it wasn't nothing, that sunrise, like the sunrise on that
Easter morning. This time, with the sun leaping into the skies, it
brought forth a greater sunrise then ever; because it came greater
news with this sunrise, than it did with the sunrise at the beginning.
This sunrise brought a news that "He is risen. He is quickened
from the dead as He's promised. He's risen from the dead."
7-7 020 The first time the sun rose in Genesis, it was bringing a
message that there will be life upon the earth: mortal life. But this
time when the sun rose, there was a--a dual sun rising, another
sun rising. It was a not only s-u-n rising, it was a S-o-n had risen to

bring Eternal Life to all God's promised seed, that by
foreknowledge He's seen laying upon the earth.
No more could the--the botany life live back there at the beginning
without the s-u-n to bring it to life; no more than today, when sons
of God is upon the earth, it take the S-o-n Light to bring them to
Eternal Life. His chosen ones that He knew before the foundation
of the world, He had chosen them in Himself before the foundation
of the world. And on Easter morning then, in this dirt somewhere,
laid our bodies at that time, for we are the dust of the earth; and in
heaven there was a book of memory, and His attributes was in
Him, knowing that because this Son of God raised, It would also
raise to Life every son that was foreordained to this great time. He
knew it would be, and what a more glorious sunrise that was than
it was at the beginning, at time when it first dawn.
Oh, I hope you see it. The blood cell burst at Calvary. Life was
inside the cell. And then it broke the cell, Christ did first, bringing
Himself into the womb of a virgin and creating around Himself a
cell, a blood cell that multiplied into many cells and brought forth
the Son, Christ Jesus. And at Calvary this blood cell was broken by
a sinful Roman spear as it pierced Him in the heart.
through there, that the blood cell was pierced like that, tore loose
the blood cell, and set the Holy Spirit at liberty for God to call
through there and bring believers through the blood cell back into
fellowship with Himself again (Oh, my.) through the washing of the
water by the Word. What does it? "Faith cometh by hearing, and
hearing by the Word of God." And we accept the Word and believe
the Word, that He was wounded for our transgressions.
E-26 026 What was that separation to do? What did it separate
them from? As soon as they received the separation, they were
free. And what was Christ separated from? What did He separate
us from? The Bible said, "He was wounded for our transgressions;
He was bruised for our iniquity: the chastisement of our peace
upon Him," and with His stripes we were separated from our
diseases, separated from our sins, separated from our weary,
separated from our iniquity, and separated from our sins by the
Word, which was Christ that was made flesh and dwelt among us.
The Word become flesh, and the flesh was broke that the blood
cell was broken loose, that the believers could be brought through
the spray of the Blood from Calvary. Oh, my. What a...
Also He is the Father, which was the first, Son, and Holy Ghost,
the Spirit. King of righteousness, the Spirit attribute; theophany,
King of--of peace, theophany; and in flesh He was King of Kings:
same Person.
I've prayed for kings in my day. And I noticed how they taken the
cuffs out of my trouser legs and when I walked before the king.
And they told me not to turn my back on him; but when I left, to
back up. And it's a certain way of approach. Otherwise you'd be
called down.
Attributes of God 27
In the courts of the land when you're going to speak to the judge,
you don't just holler, "Hey Judge, like to talk to you a minute." See?
You got to come a provided way, appropriated way: "Judge, Your
Honor..." and so forth.
E-18 018 Now, in the Old Testament there was what they called
the outer courts. We watch what was in the outer court. Then there
was a holy place, or the first veil, and then inside the holiest of
holies. And what furniture was in the outer court, what was in the...
at the veil, the holy place, and what was in the holiest of holies...
E-19 019 Now, in the... Just like God living in those three courts,
He surely lives in the court of the congregation. He lived at the...
He also lives here at the holy place. But His abiding place... This
was just attributes of His Presence from the holiest of holies.
28 The Spoken Word
Now, it's just like you. If you'll notice the Bible, mathematically
speaking, three is God's perfected number. God is perfected in
three. The Godhead is perfected in three: Father, Son, and Holy
Spirit, the one true God. And--and the dispensations are perfected
in three. And threes, sevens, twelves, twenty-four, forties and fifties
is God's mathematical numbers. It's runs completely through the
Scripture.
And notice. Now, you yourself, you are perfected in three: soul,
body, spirit; water, blood, and spirit. Three things come from His
body that makes up the new birth. There's three things that come
from His body makes up the new birth: water, blood, spirit.
Now, in here there's one, two, three, four, five, five attributes in the
soul. Now, you want to write them down? The first one is
imagination, imagination. The second one is conscience. And the
third one is memory. And the fourth one is reason. And the fifth one
is affection.
Now, did you get them all? If you don't, then let me know now. You
got them all down? See, taste, feel, smell, and hear: the body,
that's the open to the body.
soul. And the soul is the nature of the spirit that's on the inside,
'cause the soul only puts out an atmosphere of what's on the
inside of you. It takes the place of sanctification, the soul is, sets in
the same category there. All right, now, every--everybody got that
all down? All right.
Jesus said, "You are of your father the devil, and his works you
do."
But when this little foul woman come, and she seen the Word of
God, she knew It. She didn't live It, but she knew It. And as soon
as It spoke to her, she said, "I perceive You're a prophet." And
He... She said, "I know the Messiah will do this."
And He said, "I am He." What did it do? It cleaned out the
blackness, and made it all white. Why? There was a seed laying
there, a predestinated seed that was in the--is God's thought
before the foundation of the world.
There's only one form of Eternal Life. If you've got Eternal Life then
you, yourself, was in God's thinking before the world was created.
You're an attribute of His thinking, 'cause eternal never did begin,
or never can end. You're a part of God's economy always. It's just
reflecting.
E-22 022 It's becoming... Now, you've got one more picture to
develop, that's death. Then the negative becomes positive. Then
you're in the Bride, and with Christ. As He taught, like husband and
wife today, so God, Christ and the church will be the same.

Bible said that, one of the prophets, Jeremiah, God said, "Before
you was even formed in your mother's womb I ordained you a
