1. 1am directed to say that in pursuance of the decisions taken by the Govt
the recommendations of the Sixth Central Pay Commission relating to. Travel
‘Allowance eniillements, the Ministry of Finance have issued onlors vide OM Ne
F-19030/2/2008-E.V dated 23 Sep 2008 for modifying “Traveling allowanc
entitlements of Civilian Central Govt employees. In purstiance thereto, sanction «
the President is conveyed to the modifications in the Travel Regulations, 1991 (Fo)
for armed forces personnel as sel out in Annexure to this lotlor
2, The ‘Grade Pay’ for determining the TAIDA entitlement is
Televant Special Army/Navy/Air Force Instructions.
3. The term pay’ for the purpose of these orders refers to Ba

decisions on VI CPC recommendations,
