Dear Tesco, I have been on the telphone for almost 30 mins without success !

I sent you a letter dated 26th January 2009 to transfer our funds to Barclays Bank plc Berwick upon Tweed TD15 1AF
Barclays have telephoned me this afternoon to say no funds received. What is actually happening to our investment please? These funds are needed urgently.
